Our holiday party will be at the same location as last year (Map Link) on our normal 3rd Wednesday evening of the month. See the Parking Map. We’ll have door prizes, fun and camaraderie and look forward to seeing you. The party will be a combination of pot luck and donations. EVADC will handle the room, door prizes, and our traditional main dish Lasagna. We are suggesting everyone either donate $10 per adult or bring items to share. Please click the registration button so we can get counts and know what folks are bringing to the party.

Also, we are continuing what we started last year — a move toward sustainability in our own events. After all, one of the reasons we drive electric is due to the benefits it brings our environment! Our aim is to make this a Zero-Waste event. To accomplish this we will be doing the following:
- All of our plates and cups will be compostable, not plastic.
- After the party all the food scraps, plus the plates, cups and paper napkins will be composted.
- Our cutlery is reusable, not plastic. It will be washed and used again next year.
- Water will be served from pitchers we’ve purchased.
- Our tablecloths will be made of washable fabric or wipe-down, reusable plastic, not throwaway plastic.
- We will recycle soda and beer cans and bottles and wine bottles.
If you bring casseroles or other dishes to share and you bring serving spoons, please make sure they are reusable, not plastic, and take them home with you at the end of the evening.
Last year we had lots of great leftovers after our holiday party. We’ll have some containers for you to take food home, but even better would be for you to bring your own!
