Help Alexandria Form An Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Readiness Strategy

May 17, 2020 8:55 PM | Scott Wilson (Administrator)

The City of Alexandria is seeking input on forming a plan to size, site and possibly built EV infrastructure.  No matter where you live, if you are an EV driver, you can offer valuable lessons and advice.  Help Alexandria do things the right way!  Comments are due by May 22.

1. Start here, watch the introductory video (it's factually very solid).

2. Read the survey questions here.

3. Think about what the most effective way forward is for the city, in terms of workplace charging, public charging, multi-family homes, how low to moderate families can charge at home, charging for homes with on-street parking, historical/aesthetic issues, and whatever else you think is important.

4. Return to the survey and complete it before Friday May 22.
